- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report andor the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
- The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.
