You could have lunch or dinner at the beach chiringuitos across the street. You can go shopping in the Diagonal Mar shopping centre wherethe big name stores are located, go for a runwalkbike ride along the beautiful Barcelona beach front, or taste some authentic Spanish food in the restaurants close by. It includes a terrace with views of the city, but no views of the sea.
